It is quite small and filled with smokers including pipe and cigar smokers who really reek (and they don't have to pay for my dry cleaning bills). Visiting the Harrah's new casino, I was unimpressed. As you stated, we have made a number of changes to our buffet: we have relocated stations, replaced countertops, replaced the displays, replaced all of the tables and chairs, made changes to the flooring, and replaced all of our signage. However, we prepare very well for these crowds to ensure that you always have a great experience regardless of our business levels. As you know, our Tuesday promotion has such an amazing value that it does bring very large crowds during both our lunch and dinner periods.
